Chef Ji-Hoon Kim is the owner of Palate, a 2024 and 2025 Michelin 1 star restaurant located in Busan. Due to increasing demand, Chef Ji-Hoon Kim scouted for a new a space to relocate in order to enhance dining experience. Minus Front Studio was tasked with creating a space to take Palate to its next phase.
