Chef Wan-Kyu Kim and his Japanese wife jointly operate MORI, a Michelin one star Japanese kaiseki restaurant based in Busan. After years of operation in Busan, MORI decided to relocate to a new space. Minus Front Studio was tasked with creating new space to better cater for customers.
